    create an up-to-date listing of wildlife and
    plant species in the subject area.

    Endnotes and a bibliography were not
    included in the printed guide due to space
    restrictions. Links to nature organizations
    are provided for the reader's convenience.

    Some of the checklists for Boundary Bay
    included on this site were compiled by the
    author of the guide, Anne Murray, based on
    personal observations and information from
    a wide variety of sources.
